Dejan Bogdanovich is established internationally as a soloist, chamber music player, and inspirational teacher.
Since his early debut he has performed to admiring audiences, captivated by his impeccable technique, beauty of sound and complete interpretive understanding of the music; always with a compelling personal insight.
After performing the Paganini (No.1) and Mendelssohn concertos with the Dubrovnik Symphony Orchestra at 17, and winning International competitions in Vienna and Zagreb, he studied in Russia with Tretiakov who wrote about him, ‘Dejan is a musician of great refinement and artistry.’
Now based in Italy, he has been a soloist with orchestras in Europe, Russia, Latin America and Canada, similarly with his violin and piano duo.
Bogdanovich gives regular master-classes, has many highly successful pupils and is a regular jury guest at prestigious International Festivals.
He plays three important violins, one he made by himself, second by Franco Simeoni and the third by Andrea Guarneri.
